- Regrettably, I only run LINUX, so can't PnP configure the same model
- internal USR modem. I have set it to com1 irq4 -- pretty normal.
- It works fine with comm programs such as kermit, but when I try to
- nail up a SLIP connection to my ISP, it fails miserably. I've tried
- everything I can think of, and read every manual on the modem as
- well as serial com on Linux. To no avail.
